The GFP series new type high-efficiency deep cavity jaw crusher adopts the Meshes Angle design theory, completed the cavity optimization design. We optimize the crusher type through the finite-element analysis, and then reinforce the vulnerable spots. The type of cavity is deep hyperboloid cavity, and the structure design adopts the minus surpport, none suspension, small eccentricity and deep cavity type, which design match with the type of deep cavity.

GFP Deep Cavity Jaw Crusher Features:

The GFP series deep cavity crusher obtains the high production capacity, low energy consumption, high ratio of reduction, low abrasion, and other excellent performance.

(1) The jaw crusher with the deep crushing cavity increases the feeding capacity and output capacity.
(2) High production capacity, low energy consumption. Compared with the common jaw crusher, production capacity can improve by 30-65% and energy consumption can reduce by 30%.
(3) High ratio of reduction, which can reach to 10-15. The largest feeding granularity can be 400mm, and the discharge granularity can be 20mm. So this type crusher has the double crushing function of primary crusher and the fine crusher.
(4) Little abrasion, by the same working situation, the jaw plate’s using life can be 3-5 times as long as other common crusher's.
(5) The final products’ granularity is smaller, by the same working situation, compared with the common fine crusher, such as PEX150*700, the discharge granularity can reduce by 40-50%, P80 can reach to less than 10mm.
(6) Extensive use, applied to crush quartzite, magnetite, basalt, slag and other hard materials, and achieved good effect.

GFP Deep Cavity Jaw Crusher’s working type is of moving and squeezing. GFP jaw crusher uses motor as its powder. The motor transmits power through belt, drives the moving jaw to do periodic motion towards the fixed jaw by the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and movable jaw plate increases when movable jaw moves. So the movable jaw moves towards the fixed jaw. The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle between toggle plate and movable jaw decreases when movable jaw moves down, the movable jaw moves leaves fixed jaw by pulling rod and spring, the final crushed stuff will be discharged from the outlet.

Our GFP deep cavity jaw crusher can be used to crush ores and rocks whose grain size is smaller than 340mm. It is widely used in stone mining, metallurgy industry, building material, highway, railway, water conservancy and chemical industries. Various materials with compression resistance less than 320MPa can be crushed, such as quartzite, magnetite, basalt, slag and other hard materials.
